what stress actually is it’s not a weakness it’s a physical response to adaptation requirements from your environment. What is stress as it relates to thoughts and emotional issues in the past and then physiologically what happens in the body and why it is the root of the majority of illnesses. I always think about common complaints like pain and how stress, the requirement for adaptation, makes that worse I do get technical and anatomical but then I bring it back around to what that looks like on a symptom on a day-to-day basis.
