Meet once a week via Zoom
Ct will receive recording of each session
Ct do homework, but I'm available for questions or concerns via email.

4 elements - what axis are we working on (today)?
Prequalifying call/preliminary call
Go through initial evaluation & analysis. Assess where body is at, what needs and goals are, come up with a comprehensive, strategic plan to reach those goals. Tweak as needed through program depending on progress/feedback/what we find.
Start w/ discussion/education of anatomy of area & discussion/exploration of dysfunction. Why is X a problem? What do we want to do instead? How do we get there/fix it? Six weeks of custom-designed program, followed by exit interview & assessment. Evaluate ROM, etc. and compare to initial intake to see progress.

Understanding the structure leads to comprehension of function. Being able to visualize movement of structure and correlate it with movement and somatic/tactile feedback helps develop awareness by synthesizing multisensory information/process/input.
