Grief is a tsunami, a wave of sorrow brought on by the earth-shaking quake of loss. It is the washing machine of an undertow, ripping away the solid ground beneath your feet and tumbling you until you can't tell which way is up.

When all around is strife and uncertainty, you need a guide, a companion to walk with you on this journey. You need help to right your ship again.
