For Gen Xers who have suddenly found themselves at that WTF (What the Fifty?!) point in life. Midlife and menopause have caught up with us, and we suddenly realize we Need To Do Some Shit to mitigate some of that.
Classes run for an hour on Sundays at noon Mountain Time. Sessions are free, but anyone who donates $18 or more will receive a link to download the class afterwards. This drop-in series runs from March 2 - May 4, 2025.
