Unquestionably a highly skilled and passionate massage practice. I had limped for many months, and stubbornly thought I could work it out. My therapist's command of her art and knowledge of anatomy has me dancing a jig. Thankful to have discovered this invaluable service. Great massage for active lifestyle aches and pains. I have lived in Steamboat for over 10 years and count on Iron + Silk to keep me active. I went in with several issues. A beat up knee, a sore shoulder and a bit of a hip issue. I am picky about massages and need someone that understand anatomy and biomechanics. My therapist did an amazing job. Left with all issues being infinitely better than when I walked in. She knew what needed what interventions and it all worked beautifully.

After extensive shoulder surgery, I knew this was the only massage therapy practice that I would trust with my shoulder.  I have been here in the past for deep tissue massage and it was wonderful.  The therapists are knowledgeable and I feel very confident under their hands.  I highly recommend Iron + Silk for any massage, but if you have had surgery, or have special needs with your body - this is the one!!!

I injured myself while on vacation in Steamboat.  Iron + Silk was highly recommended by a local ski professional to help relieve some of my pain. My therapist was very knowledgeable & thorough in her approach.  She knew which muscles to target based on my situation, and her technique was amazing! I was able to get back on a plane the next day & fly pain free back home.  She had a wonderful energy, and I highly recommend Iron + Silk.

Very happy with the work I have been getting at Iron + Silk. My therapist has been very good at communicating and responds well to my feedback of my needs. As a full time athlete in Nordic Combined, she understands what I need and expect out of my body and she works to help me get more out of my body. She even spent some extra time helping me with stretching. I am a big fan.
